Who Can See the Survey Module?
The Survey Module is accessible from both the HR Admin and Employee dashboards. For HR Admins, it comes with tools to select pre-defined survey questions and set eligibility criteria. Once everything is in place, the survey can be shared with specific employees or All Employees, as selected by HR.
Employees, on the other hand, can view any pending surveys directly from the ‘My Survey’ card on their dashboard. From there, they simply need to open the form and respond to the questions.
How can a HR Admin use Survey Module?
As mentioned above the HR Admin has access to three features:
- Define Survey
- Release the survey as & when required
- Survey Reports – Bird’s-eye view of response received
Defining a Survey
While creating a new survey the HR needs to click on define survey. The HR can share pre-created survey forms or can create new. We provide the option of Anonymous Survey also. To create any survey questionnaire, you may share the survey questions with us and our team will get it created for you which will show on Define Survey screen & from there you can view the questionnaire created. Here we promise you we won’t point out any doubt while creating the questionnaire. You will provide us with the question format, and we will install it into your survey module in the most interactive way.
Survey Release
Once a survey is defined, the next step is to release it. You can either launch a pre-defined survey directly or create a new release using FlexiEle’s streamlined process—just three simple steps. A key highlight is that survey eligibility and eligibility groups are fully customizable, allowing you to tailor participation to your needs.
Survey Reports
The final step is viewing the survey results. FlexiEle offers a dedicated Survey Report section where you can access detailed data for each question. You have the flexibility to choose your preferred format—chart or table.
- If you select a chart view (e.g., bar), you can define the display order.
- If you opt for the table format, you can set the default sorting order.
Additionally, you’ll be able to view:
- Total number of responses received
- Completion rate
- Number of questions in the survey
- Details on survey feedback by simply hovering on questions
By clicking on the bar of chart of the survey report the HR Admin can check the number of responses and name of the responds, if it is not an anonyms form.
