Job Title — React.js Developer

Location — Plot 82, Sector 44, Gurgaon

React.js Developer Responsibilities:

Meeting with the development team to discuss user interface ideas and applications.
Reviewing application requirements and interface designs.
Identifying web-based user interactions.
Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using react concepts.
Writing application interface codes using JavaScript following react.js workflows.
Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes.
Developing and implementing front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.

Work as bridge between clients and company’s technical team

Key skills required:

Understanding of HR Management and complete employee life cycle
Good communication skill (spoken English) to interact with clients
Positive, problem-solving and flexible attitude with patience

Qualifications:

BBA/MBA with HR specialization would be preferred
BE/B Tech with CS background can also apply if they want to explore functional role

Job Title – Payroll Consultant

Responsibilities:

Understanding of FlexiEle HRMS – Payroll Software, its work flows and functionalities
Working with FlexiEle’s team for the implementation of payroll software for new clients
Understanding client’s Payroll requirements and processing payroll using FlexiEle software
Support existing FlexiEle Payroll clients with their day-to-day queries or specific requirements
Interact with clients on their payroll input and push these inputs from Excel into our system. Verify payroll before sending it to the clients
Work as bridge between clients and company’s technical team for payroll related queries resolution

Key skills required:

Knowledge of India Tax calculation is a must
Knowledge of Statutory compliance like PF, ESI, PTax etc is a must
Knowledge of Tax Challans is a must
Decent communication skill to interact with clients
Positive, problem-solving and flexible attitude with patience

Qualifications:

BBA/MBA with HR/Finance specialization
B Com/ M Com with knowledge of Indian payroll and Taxes
Any other graduate with experience in Payroll domain

1 -2 years India Payroll processing experience
