Training Need and Planning

  • Once training need is identified then planning can be done for new hire training and lateral learning
  • Learning calendar can be published location or target audience wise
  • Employees not only can see but register or nominate other employees for training through the calendar
  • Induction program (IP) can be defined department-wise and career level-wise for new hires

    React.js Developer Responsibilities:

    1. Understanding of FlexiEle HRMS – Payroll Software, its work flows and functionalities
    2. Working with FlexiEle’s team for the implementation of payroll software for new clients  
    3. Understanding client’s Payroll requirements and processing payroll using FlexiEle software 
    4. Support existing FlexiEle Payroll clients with their day-to-day queries or specific requirements
    5. Interact with clients on their payroll input and push these inputs from Excel into our system. Verify payroll before sending it to the clients
    6. Work as bridge between clients and company’s technical team for payroll related queries resolution

    Key skills required:

    1. Knowledge of India Tax calculation is a must
    2. Knowledge of Statutory compliance like PF, ESI, PTax etc is a must
    3. Knowledge of Tax Challans is a must
